Binh Dinh is a province in the South Central Coast region of Vietnam, located in the Central Key Economic Region, with a total natural area of 6,071 km2 , bordering Quang Ngai province to the north, Phu Yen province to the south, Gia Lai province to the west, bordering the East Sea to the east; 1,065 km from Hanoi, 649 km from Ho Chi Minh City, 300 km from Da Nang City, 300km from Bo Y International Border Gate (Kon Tum Province) via Laos. Binh Dinh is the nearest and the most favorable gateway to the sea of West Highlands, Southern Laos, Northeastern Cambodia and Thailand by Quy Nhon International Seaport.

* The roads inside IP are planned in square pattern and spread asphalt with heavy loading to ensure favourable transportation to each land lot.
* Rainwater collection and drainage system with diameter from D600-D2000 is arranged underground and along the roads, designed underground the sidewalk.
* Power is supplied sufficiently and stably. Two lines of 35KV from Sub-Station 110/22KV of Binh Dinh Province receiving the extra high voltage directly from the national line. The electricity will be supplied to the land border of all tenants and will be increased to meet the consumption of investors.
* Water supply station with capacity 7,000m3/day. The water supply capacity will be increased to meet the consumption of investors. Rainwater and wastewater drainage systems are separately built.
* The wastewater treatment plan with total capacity: 4,800m3/day and night, in which the first phase 1,200 m3/day and night. The wastewater treatment capacity will be increased to meet the consumption of investors. Wastewater is primary collected and treated up to standard inside the plot before being discharged, ensuring control of industrial wastewater and waste.
* The water supply network for firefighting is designed in conjunction with the potable water supply network, which is located along the roads. The distance among fire hydrants is 150m with a diameter of D125mm.
* Hoa Hoi IP is equipped with modern telecommunication system, meeting the communication demand of multi-services such as Internet, ADSL, Video Conference, VOIP, Fax, etc. An optical fiber system is installed underground to every factory to ensure high-speed communication without interruption.
* Green trees are planted and taken care of in accordance with approved planning to ensure green – fresh – beautiful industrial zone. Area of green tree is about ≥10% of total one with the bush and some trees along all roads.
e. INCENTIVES FOR INVESTORS:
- Incentive on the enterprise income tax: 10% tax rate applied for a 15-year period, tax exemption for maximum first 4 years and reduction 50% for maximum 9 following years, from the first year of investment project in revenue.
- RAW LAND USE TAX: Exemption of raw land use tax in whole leasing period
- Value Added Tax (VAT): 0% for EPE.
- Import duty:
Free import duty for formation of fixed assets in investment projects in term of import duties.
Free import duty for materials imported for the production of commodities to be exported.
